Return Policy

You have 30 days to notify Silvette if you wish to exchange or return an item without having to provide reasoning. This cancellation period will expire from 30 days since your date of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, you are entitled to return or exchange it for any reasonable reason within 30 days as long as it is within sell-able condition.

We take our customer satisfaction very seriously, therefore if you are for any reason unhappy with your item, we will offer a full refund of the item purchase cost.

Silvette offers a Lifetime Warranty on all products currently sold by us, entitling every customer of ours to a replacement of their item in the improbable event of defects.

We highly request that you do not destroy, mark, or throw away the item - even if faulty - as this may affect being able to return for an exchange, replacement, or refund that you may have been able to get.

Any replacements, exchanges, or refunds will only be issued once we have confirmed receiving your return and inspected the goods to find it of satisfactory condition and/or eligible for our policy.

How Do I Return Something?

Silvette will be able to refund or replace your item depending on the circumstances - as long as it is in a sell-able condition.

The return period is up to 30 days from the time of purchase of the order. Any items without visible marks, scratches, dents, or anything that may prevent it from being re-sold will be refunded no questions asked.

Each customer has a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item within acceptable reason, such as defects which may not have been noticeable upon first inspections.

Do I Need To Pay To Return Something?

Returns within 30 days of the purchase date are free of charge. Your postage costs will be reimbursed once you have provided a proof of postage for an economy postal service for the item (no standard or express providers e.g. Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day is unacceptable), and we have received the item.

How Are You Going To Refund Me?

Once we have received your item and find it to be conforming to our return policy, we will issue a refund through the payment service you used when originally purchasing the item.

An email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the return, and a refund will be processed which you should receive within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If you still have not received it, please contact us before taking any other actions.

If you wish for a replacement instead, please contact us and we can arrange an identical item, one of a lower price and refund the remainder, or one of a higher price and charge you for the difference until dispatch.

How Will I Know When You Refund Me?

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package.

Your refund or replacement will then be processed and you should receive it within 3-5 business days of receiving the email.
